Massage has been used throughout time as a treatment to relieve stress and tension, soothe sore muscles and calm the nervous system. At Doug’s 2, our goal is to design treatments to bring you back into balance, using nurturing high-touch approaches and unique sensory experiences.

Relaxing Swedish Massage - A classic European full body massage designed to relax, improve circulation and ease muscle tension.
30 minute session - $45 • 60 minute session - $70 • 90 minute session - $100

Deep Tissue Massage - A targeted treatment for chronic muscle pain and skeletal structure imbalances. Beneficial for those suffering from fibromyalgia and chronic pain.
30 minute session - $50 • 60 minute session - $85 • 90 minute session - $125

Seated Chair Massage - Designed to treat a particular area of the back or shoulders. Relieves tension and leaves you rejuvenated. 15 minute session - $25

Hot Stone Massage - Warmed smooth basalt lava stones are used in deep relaxing strokes to knead the kinks out of your tense, sore muscles, melt away tension and help you connect to the energy of the Earth. Massage, lymphatic drainage, myofacial stretch and reflexology are included in this treatment. A rejuvenating head and facial massage completes your experience. 60 minute session - $75

Deep Tissue Neck, Back and Shoulders - Ease the strain on these deeply stressed areas. Techniques are designed to deactivate trigger points, lengthen contracted muscle bands, stretch tight connective tissue, improve circulation and release toxins. A Sinus Point facial massage completes this treatment. 60 minute session - $85

Deep Tissue Hot Stone Massage - Deep Muscle, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Release and Reflexology techniques are used to help rid the body of trigger points, contracted muscle bands and tight/inflexible fascia. Hot Stone massage follows, inducing a deep state of relaxation followed by Head and Sinus Point facial massage to awaken your senses. 80 minute session - $100

Massage with Vichy Shower - A relaxing water therapy experience combining the therapeutic benefits of hydrotherapy with the effects of Swedish massage. 60 minute session - $80

Couples Massage - Doug's 2 Salon Spa now offers a unique Couples Massage that is interactive and instructional as well as relaxing. This creative massage allows each person to receive a massage from both the massage therapist and their partner. These newly learned massage skills can then be used at home. The massage begins with a candle lit room and soothing music. The receiving partner gets comfortable on the table. The massage therapist demonstrates massage movements on one side of the receiver's body, as the giving partner performs these same techniques in tandem on the other side of the body teaching the giving partner how to focus specifically on points of stress and demonstrates ways to relax those muscles. After 40 minutes or so, the partners switch places and the procedure is repeated - $125

Pregnancy Massage - Designed for expectant mothers and the common physical and emotional changes they experience during pregnancy. Massage during pregnancy enhances relaxation and sense of well being, improves circulation and relieves common discomforts and stress. Not available to Mothers in their first trimester. 60 minute session - $75

Chakra Balancing Massage - An innovative treatment that focuses on the chakra energy centers using a variety of massage techniques. The treatment features the Aveda Chakra Balancing Blends with deep tissue massage on the back and spinal muscles, chakra massage for the feet, and energy work for the chakras. In addition, guests will be guided through a meditation to enhance the benefits of stress relief, decreased muscular tension and increased energy - $95

Reflexology Treatment - Noninvasive yet effective treatment that helps relieve stress and illness by breaking up congestion and dissolving blocked energy. Using touch and pressure techniques on reflex points in the hands and feet, this holistic Asian-inspired treatment balances, relaxes and stimulates the corresponding organs or tissues of the body, encouraging the body and mind to heal, balance and cleanse naturally. This treatment leaves you feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. 30 minute session - $45
